7/09- I purchase a car from auto credit and I had to start repairing the car immediately. Two weeks after purchasing the car I needed brakes and a belt. I don't feel they maintain...

Great service 9/16/2010

I purchased a Suzuki from a dealership in Va,there was a minor problem,the dealership instructed me to go to the Burlington repair shop which was Wescot,I did not know what to expect,but to my great pleasure starting from beginning to end everyone was fantastic,I was told what was wrong with the car in a timely manner, I was told that the parts would be ordered,my second visit was the same great experience thanks team ,you are the best I will tell my family and friends more

I have purchased 5 vehicles from Westcott and have had all of them serviced there. It's nice going into a business where you're greeted by name and with a smile, which is what keeps me going back time and again! Thanks Westcott for all you've done more

Westcott Buick Pontiac Isuzu- Auto Credit Be Careful 7/25/2009

7/09- I purchase a car from auto credit and I had to start repairing the car immediately. Two weeks after purchasing the car I needed brakes and a belt. I don't feel they maintain the maintenance well on the auto credit vehicles...........................Just be careful, if a car needs work when you look at it, it is only because the dealership didn't think the car was worth investing in!!! In other words...........A lemon!!!!!! I would not recommend the auto credit mainly because they have a box on your car and if you don't make a payment, your car will not start and that is dangerous if you have kids! more

Never ever ever go to Westcott Buick 3/21/2006

Westcott Buick Pontiac Isuzu GMC is a nightmare I hope I never have to have again. I took my vehicle to Westcott for some minor body repair. According to their literature they have the #1 rated body shop in Alamance County. Well, they didn't get that rating from me. I had to return the vehicle 3 times for "shabby" work, and each time the customer service got worse. I had to argue about the inadequate work, as well as rental car accomodations. Finally, I had to talk to the general manager and things didn't get much better. The quality of work was not as advertised, and the service was much worse. more
