Do your own accounting 1/18/2008

You will be billed two and three times for the same service, and heaven help you if you call them on it - the collections notice comes the next day. They can't enter data correctly (getting a letter to a ""Mr"" for the results of a pap smear, for instance) and they will NOT respond to phone or email questions. \r \r Keep copies of EVERYTHING you give them, including payments.
