Bought a 35mm film camera that had issues with the lens. Upon my return, the owner was sympathetic and replaced the lens no charge. more

They have great customer service, and are extremely helpful. I've gone in with many questions, and I was immediately helped. I've also bought quite a number of equipment there and haven't had a problem. Personally, it's the only photo store I've been to that hasn't ripped me off. more

rip off 10/14/2011

bought a camera lense from them . went online after i bought it because i had a feeling i paid to much for it sure enough i did . i bought it used from him used for $450.00 and online the same one ranged in price from $149.00 to $289.00 brand new . i called him about it and he blew me off . i am warning you never buy from this guy . i took it to another photo shop and they had it for $100.00 new and they said it was a piece of junk . more

Awesome store, Excellent Studio 7/11/2011

I was desperate to find an affordable photography studio in the area after I finished school. I definitely lucked out with Westbury Camera. The space is professional, and the equipment is top notch! I am sooo glad i found this place. The rest of the store is retail, and I am always tempted to buy something. Keep up the great work! more

High Prices 1/21/2010

I bought a uv filter and over paid for it. 30.00 for an 8.00 filter.\r I looked at other items after I realized I paid too much a 6.oo item on the internet was 39.00.\r I don't mind paying a little more at a local store so the money stays close to home. But 4 and 6 times the price is crazy.\r I will never shop there again. Pros: Location Cons: Prices, no refund policy. more

avoid goning there for any services 6/3/2008

i have a canon sd550 camera they just needed to change the lcd screen but they had my camera for over 2 2 months and they couldnt even do that. its the worst place go to for repairs more
