Worst

The doctors are ok at this place, just average. What's really dragged their rating down on my book is their completely ridiculous receptionist.

Have taken my dog to this vet for over 4 years now. Service is great! My dog is always taken care of in a loving and professional manner! I would not take my dog anywhere else. The care of doctors and staff is the best! more

Westborough Pet Hospital is the best! 10/9/2009

I like the way both myself and my pampered pet is treated at this hospital. They are very caring and always follow up a visit with a phone call asking how everything is going. Once I had some concerns and they took time to answer my questions. more

Pet Hospital 1/30/2009

I have used this vet off and on for many years. Great with cats but I lost two sharpies with this hospital. After a year away a bought another sharpie and she seems very happy with them. more

pet hospital 10/3/2006

Westborough Pet Hospital is great in my mom's book. One of my dogs got very ill over the fourth of July holiday weekend, and my vet was closed.my dog "Coco", needed some medicine badly and I was able to get her in to been seen and treated. more

I have been a dog owner most of my life. I took all my dogs here as a child and took Brandy here all of his life. Brandy was a special dog very stronged willed and the staff would have all kinds of tricks up their sleeves so that Brandy would allow them to care for him. Dr. J and the staff are first class people. It can get expensive but it all depends what needs to be done. AND it's expensive no matter where you go. Brandy passed away at a very old age. Dr. Jay put him down for us. I miss him still more

Westborough Pet Hospital is great in my book. One of my dogs got very ill over the fourth of July holiday weekend, and my vet was closed. "Coco", my dog needed some medicine badly and I was able to get her in to been seen and treated. She's all better thanks to Westborough Pet Hosital. more

Great Place BUT VEry Very Expensive 9/27/2006

My experience with Westborough Pet Hospital was a sad one. I brought my 6 year old chihuahua and 8 weeks old akita to this hospital and they were both diagnosed with parvo. My chihuahua died one week and almost $5000.00 later. Make sure you ask what the treatments are and how much they cost. This hospital does not have NIGHT care for your pet if it needs to be hospitalized. I had to pick up my dog at 5:00 pm & bring him to a night hospital in san mateo and pick it up again the following morning to bring to Westborough Pet hospital. Had I known this, I would have brought my pets elsewhere. MAKE SURE YOU GET AN WRITTEN ESTIMATE. And Ask questions. PROS: CONS: Very Very expensive more

Make sure they tell you what you will be charged 9/27/2006

I took my puppy and I was told a certain ammount and when I wen't to pick her up the ammount had changed by alot of money. The vet said they had to do other stuff so I was very upset. The good thing is that I did not have to pay the extra ammount. So for anyone make sure to tell the vet to call before proceeding. more
