I would like to say that my stay was plesant but everything since has been a nightmare. First, they assign you a person to your account there at the hospital. Second, you never receive a ""invoice"" from the hospital it is sent from the billing company and if you have any questions these people can't help you but they can send you a copy of the invoice, that's it. Third, there is a seperate company yet that takes the automatic payments. Now, keep in mind that none of these people are on the same page and they can't see each other's screens. So, if you have an issue and you discuss and come to a conclusion with your account person - do not take what they say as ""correct information"" because they can't see all of the billing screens. And billing can't help you because they can't see all of the automatic payment screens. And the automatic payment people can't help you because they can't see your account. So really, they will just keep charging you and charging you - Not recommended at all!!\r

The staff that helped with my stay was nice but it was not worth the headache of everything to come.
Pros: Polite staff
Cons: Billing system - not worth the headache of going here
