dealerships in the end run have to make money but these guys where awsome my credit sucked huge amount still owed on my piece of crap from lowbook sales and they worked with me and guess what i went from a 98 sonoma with a 138000 miles to a 2003 merc e320 with 70000miles and i am only paying 20 more a mouth for the merc ,and people will say they go to have there merc maintenance and it was 500 dollars or something like that but if you put alittle away each pay check so me driveing average 50 miles a day ill pay 35 a pay check for maintenance. and if i do maintenance it with what its supposed to be ill get over 300000 miles out of that car before i have to get a new one so in the end i came in looking for something good and they gave me better then what i could imagen more

Out of all the dealerships I went to they definitely were the best. It took some time to get the deal done but I'm glad they were able to get it done. They did a great job staying at the monthly payments I wanted. I did ask to go down in price on the value and they wouldn't budge...I wasn't too happy with that. They were semi-organized with everything. Overall I was satisfied. If I had excellent credit I would have gone somewhere else though because I do feel I overpaid for my car. I did like that they weren't pushy and let me go at my pace. more

This place will screw you over!!! My husband bought a 2002 Ford Focus from these guys in August 2011 and they shoved it on him like it was the perfect car for him. He test drove it and liked it. (He was a first time buyer and they knew it). They forced him to sign his contract without letting him even read it. Right after he signed it he found out they made him buy a $10,000 car... We had the car for 2 weeks and then the rearview mirror feel off the windshield. It was already broken and it looked like they superglued it back on as a quick fix. A few days after that the indoor light fell off.. Same thing as the mirror.. quickfix.. Then the we found out the trunk was broken and wouldn't close all the way.. Then the lever to pop the hood broke off too.. Then a few months into having the car it broke down on us.. We took it into them and it turned out there was ANOTHER quick fix they did.. There was fluid leaking into the radiator.. Forced US to pay for it even though they admitted to us they sold it him knowing it wasn't worth the price and it was a crappy quick fix car.. Right now my husband is at West Valley Auto Plaza because the car was acting up again. They are Forcing us to pay $150 to fix this damn car AGAIN. And we are stuck paying for a $10,000 car that is barely worth $1,000 and the car won't even last long enough for us to finish all the payments. Plain and simple, these guys WILL screw you over! Plus they treat him like crap everytime he goes in there. I would NEVER recommend them. more

False Advertising 8/25/2011

West Valley Auto Plaza had a 2008 Honda Accord posted on KSL for $14,500. We called and confirmed that they had the car and then we came down from Ogden on a Saturday to test drive it. When we arrived there, they said that the car was not on the lot on was still at the auction lot where they bought it. They said to come back Monday and that they will put it in the back so not many people can see it. We called on Monday to make sure they had the car on the lot and they said they had it but had misplaced the key but to for sure come down on Tuesday. We decided we were done playing games with them and just looked else where for a car. I checked the ad on KSL to see if there were any updates and come to my surprise they had pulled the add from KSL, not marked it sold, but pulled it all together. I had a buddy in Salt Lake go and inquire about the car and they told him they had no such car. I don't appreciate my time being wasted. Does not even desire one star. more

I came to west valley auto plaza with no credit. after working with cameron the sales person I ended up with a car. what I liked about west valley auto plaza is that they are in way pushy about buying a car. they worked hard in helping me get financed. Im very happy with them.. more

Worst Car Buying Experience Ever!!! 1/24/2011

I bought a car from them three years ago. I got ripped off. The car I purchased was an 04 alero. Ended up being 2000 above high book. BEFORE INTEREST. And when they ""detailed"" it they ended up breaking both the front heater vents. more

Wow when i submitted an online application and they caled me first thing the next morning i was impressed, even after explaining i had only 500 down and my credit history their finance director said they could help and we could get me in a car that day. after spending 41/2 hours their thrown between 6 different people, including a 19 year old carsalesmen who didnt know his head from his ass, i was told that they needed 1k down(after being told on the phone and by everyone i spoke to that 500 would be ok.) and then they suggested that i go to a signature loan place, to borrow the other 500. the car they were trying to sell me had over 120k miles, been in an accident, and they wanted nearly 10k for it, what a joke, these guys are useless and by far one of the worst car buying experiences i have ever had, more

these guys know how to treat a customer right, me and my wife went in to there place of business about 6 month ago. after we had gone to 3 other car lots and been told there is nothing they can do for us. they help us out to get into a car so we could get back and forth from work and home. then we went back hoping to maybe get a second vehicle not sure what they would say or do. when we walked in they actually know are names. they help us out and got us into another car that is helping our credit get back on track. the sales people treat both me and my wife with respect even though are credit was below avarage. if you need help getting a car loan they are the place to go and see. more

I got Jerked around! 3/9/2010

I've been jerked around! I called West Valley Auto Plaza and told them what kind of car I was looking for. An SUV with third row seating and I had 3k down. Of course they said ""sure! come on in... We can do that!"" I went in cash in hand and they tried to sell me a POS late 90's pontiac grand am. And they wanted another 1k down. I guess ""We can do that"" means pay no attention to our slogan cause we will jerk you around! anyway I found another dealer that took my 3k and got me into more than what I expected for less of a price and a newer SUV. Dont let these guys jerk you around. Pros: NONE! Cons: They tell you anything to get a sale more

the staff here have been very helpful and they have explained all the details along the buying way. if i was going to recommend someone to buy a car i would send them to the plaza Pros: the selection is great the people willing to work with you Cons: so far i havent seen any more

They took time to show us all of our options and helped us pick the best option for us. We are expecting our first child and needed a dependable car. They were understanding and very personable. it was overall a comfortable and family friendly enviroment. Pros: They were willing to work with bad credit! more

Don't waste your time and mostly your Money! 1/18/2010

These guys say they are the best they brag how they don't jerk you around. They jerked me around they sold me a lemon they told me that the car i bought was a clean title with no accidents. About a month after i bought my car i took it to my mechanic only to find out that I needed four new tires, transmition, brakes, etc. To get the car into safe driving conditions it needed $2900 in mechanical work. I called West Valley Auto they said they cannot do anything for me. I also checked the carfax and it was previously in a Front-End Impact with another vehicle the salesmen lied to me telling me it had no accidents. You will never get any repeat business out of me West Valley Auto Plaza. You Will Jerk Me Around. Cons: Pushy salespeople paid commision. more

Take my advice and do not come to this place. The salesmen here will do anything to get a sell. I bought my car here then one week from the day I bought the car the car broke down. I put $2500 dollars down and I called these guys to tell them their car broke down one week later. I didn't here back from these guys for three days from the date I told them the car broke down. They called to tell me that they were sorry they didn't get me approved on my car loan and they told me that I need to bring the car back. The salesman told me I was approved the day I bought the car, they changed there story so that they wouldn't have to deal with me. These guys Lie and everyone needs to know that West Valley Auto Plaza will Jerk You Around and rip you off. These guys tell people that they are approved when they are not. They also will not give me my money back and I am in the process to get back my down payment. My husband and I also looked at the paperwork and they were charging us $3000 more then Blue Book Value. Blue Book Said the car was worth $5500 the were charging us $8500. Pros: Pay $3000 over Blue Book Cons: These Guys sell cars that will brake down, and are liars more

Well a few month ago me and my husband went to west valley auto plaza to trade in our dodge for a full size truck. They 'pulled' our credit.... and said they got us approved threw two diffrent places. but then they said but it has to be 2006 or newer with less then 60k miles on it and it had to be under 6k... ya like that would happen they just said they cause they know it would never happen.
