Take my advice and do not come to this place. The salesmen here will do anything to get a sell. I bought my car here then one week from the day I bought the car the car broke down. I put $2500 dollars down and I called these guys to tell them their car broke down one week later. I didn't here back from these guys for three days from the date I told them the car broke down. They called to tell me that they were sorry they didn't get me approved on my car loan and they told me that I need to bring the car back. The salesman told me I was approved the day I bought the car, they changed there story so that they wouldn't have to deal with me. These guys Lie and everyone needs to know that West Valley Auto Plaza will Jerk You Around and rip you off. These guys tell people that they are approved when they are not. They also will not give me my money back and I am in the process to get back my down payment. My husband and I also looked at the paperwork and they were charging us $3000 more then Blue Book Value. Blue Book Said the car was worth $5500 the were charging us $8500.
Pros: Pay $3000 over Blue Book
Cons: These Guys sell cars that will brake down, and are liars
