tread with caution! 9/3/2008

very unprofessional. given a month to complete the title work, they were still working on it the day of\r closing! then insulted me saying ""as an investor you should know what to expect buying a foreclosure""\r well i've purchased many homes including several foreclosures but i have never received (and i cannot emphasize enough) never received title work this sloppy and poor. more

No customer service 8/20/2008

We had to use this title company not by our choice but because of a foreclosure purchase. They never return calls (even the manager) and certainly do not respond to the client's wishes. We have used several title companies in the past and this one has by far been the worst. more
