This studio has lots of space and 5 kickbox aerobics classes a week -the classes are appropriate for all levels, but if you're a beginner, you just need to remember to pace yourself and not overdo it. Also, there are four different instructors who teach on specific days. Every class has the same general format, but instructors put together different combinations of punches, kicks, and aerobic exercises to keep it interesting and keep you moving to improve your fitness, no two classes are the same. Class prices are very competitive and the best part is that your first class is free.
