Great customer service is seldom seen anymore, so when I get it, and I have received each and every time from this dealer, I wanted to take the time to acknowledge it.

They're complete liars they said if you make 350 or more you automatically approve i went there.. some rude middle age guy with a broken leg.. just look at me and with out crunching any number and said you not gonna get approve... When i ask well aint you guys said if you make more then 350 you approve...then he said well you have to give me 3000 dollars do you have 3000 right now... im like what.... and just walk out im sure the have some good person in there but if you ever face a that guy i would ask for another sales rep.. he is so judgmental.. i went there on 6/6/13 at 2 PM... good luck more

MY DEALER AND SALESPERSON WERE AWESOME. MIKE WAS MY FRIEND. I'M VERY PICKY. HE WORKED WITH ME AS FAR AS GETTING THE BEST AND MOST AFFORDABLE CAR FOR MY BUDGET. WE LOOKED FOR A CAR UNTIL I WAS SATISFIED. I WASN'T REALLY SATISFIED BUT FOR MY BUDGET, I WAS SATISFIED. WHEN WE PICKED UP MY CAR, THE CAR SHOP WAS CLOSED. HE WAITED AND CHANGED THE SEAT BELTS FOR ME. HE WAS VERY HELPFUL AS FAR AS THE INCONVENIENCE. I DIDN'T HAVE TO TAKE MORE TIME OFF OF WORK FOR THIS. more

Outstanding!!! 3/5/2012

It's almost been a year since I purchased my car from Greg in internet sales and Alex who helped me in person ? both very outstanding! I am happy to see that the wonderful service has been consistent even till now. I could go on, but basically, I hope your service personnel are well recognized for their efforts (especially Pablo and JT) because by their great service, I?ve decided to stick with Kia and plan to repurchase from them when I graduate school. more

Impressive staff! 2/28/2012

The mechanics fixed my car correctly the first time. I've noticed they maintain this high level of professionalism even when customers walk in with a bad mood and they always work to get the problem fixed and make customers happy too! I'm very impressed because my family, friends and I know from experience not all mechanics work this way. Even in a tight economy I will most willingly pay a little more for great customer service than deal with some the mechanics we've had to move on from and stop using. more
