Outstanding customer service! 4/4/2012

I bought my car in good faith from a different dealer assuming all parts were included and when they weren’t and the original dealer was unwilling to help, the dealer (WPB Kia) in the city where I live, did the right thing. When I am ready to purchase another Kia you can be sure I will give West Palm Beach Kia the first opportunity. I love my car and appreciate the good customer service! more

lies on rebates and deals 2/13/2011

The deals are a lie. Whatever you hear on tv or read on their site, not true. They are like any dealership. Bad credit? Be ready to put $$3000. To $5000 down!!! I drive a fully loaded Suv but wanted a car with better mpg. They wanted to downgrade me to a Forte if I didn't put that much down. I walked right out. They're deals and rebates is a lie to get you thru the door!!! LIES!!!! Sure they'll work with you, if you have good credit, if you are not upside down or if you are dropping your savings...All of them! Other than that, sales guy was very nice, ladies bathroom clean. No vending machines, but they'll give you water bottles. more

If I hated you I would not send you to this place. People I would send Osama Bin Lauden, Hitler, Jeffery Daumer, Charles manson, anyone that hurts small animals. Root canal surgery feels better then dealing with these people. Have a nice day. more

Not too pushy 9/23/2005

To be honest I went here a few years ago for a test drive just so I could get the Shrek movie free. (Remember that promotion?) But that in and of itself was a pleasant experience; we told the sales guy that we weren't seriously looking for a car at the time and he quickly got our movie and sent us on our way without incident or attitude. That experience brought me back two years ago when I was in the market for a new car. I test drove several different models within my price range (the low end) and after which time the sales guy did not try to keep me there to haggle. I told him a was still looking at other options and I would come back if I was going to buy. He made one follow up call and that was the end of it. more
