I had a small flood in my finished basement that went undiscovered for 3 days. The smell was bad and I was very concerned about mold and mildew in my carpets. I went online and found this company. They had good reviews but I was still nervous. I couldn't be more please with the prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service I recieved. They replaced the effected padding and tack boards then disinfected and cleaned the carpet. The smell is gone and the carpet looks great. I won't hesitate to use them again. more
