This place has gone down hill. Sean has gotten lazy. I dropped my car off for an oil change and a tune up. A different employee said Sean would call and give me more details about the tune up. Fine. 4:45PM No call. The oil change was done, but no communication about the tune up. I have had other stuff done here, for a lot of money, but these people have NO LOYALTY to their returning customers.\r Now I should also mention that my oil change was $53.39 !!!!\r And according to the receipt, $10.91 of that was for "Parts" What kind of parts do you need for an oil change? NONE. This was separate froth the actual oil cost.\r These guys are RIP-OFFS.\r Don't buy snacks, cigarettes, gas or services from this place. more

Went in to have car fixed and was told it would be 69.00 just to look at it! I said no thanks! He followed me to my car arguing with me...felt like he was trying to intimidate me to get my car inspected there... Do they actually do repairs or just inspections? more

Smog check...in and out 7/9/2007

Pulled up and was taken right away for the smog check service. The guys were friendly and the service was quick. Convenient for the West Hollywood area too. Could use some work as regards the waiting room though...that part was pretty pathetic. Otherwise, a good experience. Pros: Friendly. Quick. Cons: Waiting room was kinda eh more

Quick easy smog check 4/25/2007

I just moved to LA from Chicago and we have to register our car, which of course requires a smog check. I looked for places near work (in West Hollywood) and found this place on Santa Monica Blvd. Mornings seem to be the best time, as lines are shorter, if there at all. The guys were friendly enough, and I was in and out within a half hour. Attached is a gas station as well as a mini-mart. They also seem to do auto repairs. I'll go back. more
