Upon entering, i was treated rudely by receptionist, Tracy, who was too busy eating grapes to give me her attention. then after a 45 mintue delay (which caused me to be irritated and not the most happiest of patients), the tech, Kelly, finished laughing and conversing with the receptionist, took me back and was quit the queen of rudeness.(she needs to remember the attitude she gives, is the same as she gets and she was the one running behind schedule. I was 20 minutes early) She told me to take my pants off and put gorn on, but there was no place for me place my cloths so i placed them on her chair and she threw them into the corner area. She hurried through procedure, with no regard for my comfort or pain. She would not answer my questions. She threw my pants at me and as I was in the middle of changing, she opened the exam room door and walked out (i hope no other pateints in the hallway saw me in my undies). She then yelled at me to get off my phone and out of her room, as i was on the phone with my doctor making sure the proper/entire procedure was completed (as i felt it may not have been). I left the room and was in hallway by receptionsist talking to my doctors office, a nd the receptionist, who was done eating her grapes, asked me why i was still there and to leave. When i called to complain, i was told that they run behind and there is nothing they can do about slow patients prior to me. also the time the tech entered was false as i was on the phone with my doctors office at 11:34 and she said she finished the prodedure after 12:00 pm. I will never go back there and will be subtracting my wait time from the copay they will want me to pay.
