Very helpful 9/26/2011

I locked myself out and called West End Lock. Their technicians were all busy for at least the next 3 hours. I asked for a referal and they recommended Green Hills Lock and Key who helped me out right away. I'm very grateful for their honesty and for referring me when they were busy to another great business more

The BEST! 7/8/2011

Ran a google search and called the first locksmith on the list. Big mistake! I should have called West End Lock Co FIRST!! The other company's tech called me at 12:30 to say he'd be there in 30 mins. At 1:30 he still wasn't there so I called him and it went to voice mail where he didn't leave his name, he just belched. I didn't bother leaving a message. I canceled and called West End Lock Co. more
