Hands down the best pastries anywhere 4/29/2006

I am flat out insulted by this bakeries position in the ratings system. Below Krispy Kreme and Dunkin Doughnuts? Below Pizza Huts and Taco Bells? Despite their narrow focus on pastries, pies, cakes and doughnuts, I would put West End on my short list of restaurants I COULDN""T LIVE WITHOUT. Fantastic cakes. Try their creme horns on Thursdays and their Bear Claws with nuts. Magnificent. Pros: Delicious, Delicious, Delicious Cons: Sweets only more
