Best

I'm not really a breakfast person but a coworker told me to try the french Toast. Best decision EVER!

Worst

This seems to be just another brunch spot that gets lost in the mix. Nothing standout about it good or bad. Just kind of unforgettable. I had the challah french toast and my hu...

Killer for breakfast, dinner, and coffee. 8/16/2006

Located near Huff and Howell Mill on Atlanta's west side, the West Egg Cafe is a great place to go for speedy service and friendly staff. I went on a tuesday for lunch, and while the wait was a bit long, it was worth the wait. I ordered the Turkey bacon and gouda sandwich with the pineapple gazpacho, and was very pleasantly surprised with the speed with which it arrived. The West Egg grinds its own coffee, roasted by "Dancing Goat" (i think.). The cappucino was made quite well, and arrived quickly, as well. My glass of ice water and other glass of tea never went empty before a smiling waiter filled it. My whole meal, including the cappucino, came to around $9, a paltry sum in Atlanta for lunch, and the sandwich was quite filling. more

Best Breakfast in Atlanta 10/19/2005

It is located in the West Side of Atlanta. If you get a chance this is the place to visit for "Breakfast." It is charming sidewalk café and the staff has a very artsy look to them. I would recommend that you use the parking lot. When I had Blue Plate. It was very tasty. Their biscuit are big and taste like biscuit, not like cake and they eggs were perfect but I did care for the spicy grits. Most restaurants add sugar to there biscuits and this is a terrible combination. I love the place and I will definitely go again.
