terrible customer service, put on hold 10-30 minutes without anyone checking, will not give you to a supervisor to complain to, been this way for six months - first they blame the move then the phone system, can not get a prescription approved in less than a week, when you do get through no one can help and no one returns calls.
Pros: my two doctors even quit and went to Kaiser, think I will follow
Cons: there is no one to complain too, it is corrupt
