TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! 5/26/2010

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. Owner was rude from the minute we walked in the door; all questions were met with grumbles and one-word answers. When I persisted and tried to get the information I was looking for, he got so mad that he told us to leave the store. He actually picked up my bike and tried to throw it at me. We wouldn't have believed it if it hadn't happened to us; we still can't figure out what we did to set him off. But we will NEVER go back. more

Satisfaction 6/11/2009

Although the salesman there sold me a bike that didn't fit me, and they didn't carry any that did, I was able to return my purchase for a full refund. I'm giving them a 4 star rating because they didn't have a bike that fit me. Pros: worked with me to solve problem Cons: Very rude owner and employees more

Top end bikes for the serious rider 11/3/2005

If you are looking for a top of the line bicycle then you have found the right place. Although they do sell some less expensive kids bicycles, their main emphasis is on the serious and even semi-professional rider. They also carry a full line of accessories for cycling enthusiast. PROS: Best bicycles money can buy CONS: Big bucks more
