Excellent Service 3/3/2017

My 20 year old Gas Furnace needed immediate replacement. I contacted West Coast Appliances and Mike provided me with a fair estimate and time frame for the replacement. A week later, both installers did a great job of replacing the old furnace with a new one. All certification steps required were fully explained to me and Cindy handled the appointments for the independent inspection and the final inspection by the City of San Marcos. I am very satisfied with the job and happy to have a fully functioning furnace again. Good job, West Coast Appliances. more

Paid attention to details and they were very, very good. 1/17/2017

West Coast Appliance Services Inc., dba West Coast Heating, Air Conditioning, & Solar.PV were awesome. They paid attention to details when they worked on the air conditioning and they replaced all the vent and all the piping that goes from the air conditioning unit to the vents. Then, they put in solar panels and they were very, very good. This was all done as one job, they did both things at once. I would use them again if I needed to do maintenance work and I would recommend them highly. more

Highly recommend West Coast! 1/3/2017

I did a whole new HVAC system with West Coast Appliance Services, putting in two new AC systems, furnaces, new ducts, brand new air filters, as well as UV lights, air purifiers, air scrubbers, and humidifiers--everything was brand new. It was a pretty expensive venture, but it worked out well because we love everything. Their installers were really great, really accommodating and thorough. I would say their salesperson Mike was much more detail oriented than most other people I got quotes from--and their initial quote matched their final price. If I recognize anyone it should be Tony, who is the installer and the main foreman; he is someone I definitely recognize as going above and beyond. We love everything and notice a big difference with the humidifiers. They went above and beyond in surmounting the difficulties in installing them in the attic. It is pretty difficult to get up there and do the work, but they did. more

A very Happy Customer 8/17/2016

I wanted to publicly thank all at West Coast Appliance Service for making the selection process, installation, inspection and final check of our air conditioning unit a very pleasant experience. We interviewed 5 companies and chose West Coast because they offered the most complete package for our needs. Mike was our initial contact person and he explain what would work for our home and most importune what would fit in our side yard. (Very limited space.) The installation team lead by Alek was on time, efficient and very neat. West Coast arranged the inspection a week later which of course we passed. And to my surprise a week after the inspection Mike was back in our home making sure everything was working and made sure I did not have any questions. I have already recommended West Coast to others. I wish other companies would treat their customers like they treated me. more

I selected WestCoast HeatCool from half a dozen companies I interviewed to replace my HVAC system. Mike Anderson’s proposal is comparable to the others, but he offered me substantial discounts. His positive response to all my requests and demands were the key to his company’s selection. His staff is courteous and respectful, in addition to their expertise and trained skills. His Foreman-Tony is an excellent crew leader and coordinator. They are all focus on executing a precise job. Each of the workers has an assigned task and completed it in tandem and in sync with the others through completion. Team work is very visible so they completed the job in time. Without a glitch, my HVAC system was up and running before the 8th hour of the day. Mr. Anderson performed a punch list at the walk through to inspect and confirm his staff’s quality work. If you are in need of Trane installer, search no more, call WestCoast HeatCool Services and ask for Mike Anderson. more

Very satisfied with the job done. 8/19/2015

The team of Vlad, Alik, Sansa and Vitali installed a new heating unit in our residence Aug. 12,2015. The team showed up on time and started working right away. To protect our floor at the working area and passageway up to the front door, they laid tarp type protection. All accessories and the old heating unit they removed, they brought outside right away for them to dispose of.. After the installation of the new unit, they removed the tarp and vacuumed all the areas they worked on. The place looked as clean and as orderly as before they started the installation. They showed us how to operate the new unit. The installation looks very neat and professionally done. The team are very respectful, too. more

Really Great! 12/31/2014

We used West Coast Appliance after they did a great job at my mom's house putting in her heater and we are very happy to have found them. They put in a new air conditioner for us and checked on our furnace, with very good prices. We've already recommended them to several people in our neighborhood and our neighbors are happy that we spread the word as they are happy with West Coast as well. They are great! more

A heat wave arrived, and I called West Coast Appliance Service. They came right on time, and installed my air-conditioner, as well as a heater. The work was done in the time frame they said it would be. Everything was done right and the way they said it would be. I have already recommended them to someone looking for an air-conditioning company. more

West Coast Appliance Services installed a brand new air conditioning and heating system in my home. The technicians were very professional and very respectful during the three days they were doing work. The equipment they used and installed was top of the line. They're extremely quiet yet powerful. The day after the installation, I did hear some vibrations, but they came right over to take care of the issue. I was extremely pleased with the finished product. They did such a good job that I recommended them to my next door neighbor, and he also got a system. I would definitely recommend West Coast Appliance Services to others. more

Overall I was extremely pleased with the experience 11/20/2013

West Coast Appliance Services installed a new furnace and air conditioning system for me. They also did some duct work. Everything turned out great. The representatives presented how things would happen ahead of time. They answered my questions efficiently. They shared the process with me and showed me what would happen. The work itself was done in a timely and efficient manner. If you're looking for heating or air conditioning work, West Coast Appliance Services should be on your list of places to check out. They will provide you with very good service. more

Answered my questions, great availability 7/26/2013

West Coast Appliance Service sold me my furnace and they were great. I was very impressed, first of all, with the speed of their response. I called other companies and they were going to take a week or more to come out. West Coast came out the next day and replaced my furnace. They really understood what they were doing, were professional and polite, and were careful. They answered my questions and really did what I needed them to do quickly. more
