Things got a little hairy yesterday when the sink got clogged and coughed back up some interesting stuff. West Coast Chief Repair came out and fixed it asap. Turns out my child had put something down the drain he shouldn’t have. Very good. more

The service tech came out on time on a holiday 4th of July. Test my Air Condition an found the problem due to the summer plan unit the was install by Edison of SC they by past the unit and the unit fire up. Thanks I would use them again more

I felt they were very honest. Any time a service provider tells me how to do things more cheaply than they can, or when they tell me it'd be smarter not to do certain work, that tells me they're looking out for my best interest, not just a quick buck. more

Guys at West coast chief repair is the wonderful! Both managers (Erin and Michael) called me within 20 mins of submitting my request and their guy showed up next day. They look at my problem and it turned out it is a job can be done in 2 mins. So the service people fixed the problem and walked away without charging us - will definitely do with business with them again! more
