By far the best 1/25/2012

By far the best auto repair shop I've ever dealt with.Jay was awesome. I brought my truck in after having a really bad experience with another shop. Jay was honest, upfront, and reasonable. Jay takes pride in his work. more

BEST MECHANIC!!! 8/18/2010

There is no doubt in my mind that this is the best auto repair shop around. I had a real crazy problem with my car and I called and dropped it off at West Chapel Auto. It took Jay a couple days to figure out the problem, but the end result is my car is running better now than when it was new. I am very happy with Jay's persistance to figure out my problem, rather than throw a bunch of parts at it. It wasn't cheap to fix, but the money was very well spent. I am very pleased with the service. Thank you guys!!! more

Horribe Service 8/9/2010

The owner said he could fix my car. I left my car there and checked up periodically. He continuously said that he was getting to it over a three week span. I finally decided to check on the vehicle and found out that he had not touched the car. After three weeks!!! He changed his mind and said that he didn't want to work on it because once he looked at it he figured he didn't have enough time to dedicate to the problem. He wasted three weeks of my time, after continuously stringing me along. If you have time to waste and don't need your car back anytime soon go with this guy. Also, if you want to risk not getting your car repaired at all. more

A great group of people! The place is really clean, They always make me feel welcome regardless of how busy they are, they will drop what they are doing to help you. Great service every time. I have taken every car I own there and won't go anywhere else. I consider them family!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them.....it's always hard to find a good auto repair shop, these guys are really great!!!! GREAT FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE!!! 1/15/2009

This was my first time going to West Chapel Auto. I am new to the area and found their info through City Search. I took my Honda Accord to them to have a new radiator and belts put in. In my dealings, I found them to be professional and competent. ? They called with an estimate before they began work ? More importantly, the estimate was accurate! ? They replaced parts that needed it and reused others that did not. ? My car was finished in the time they quoted me. ? I found the prices to be fair. (I normally try to work on my vehicles myself and had already taken the time to price out most of the parts that were replaced.) ? They called to tell me when my car was finished. I think the thing that impressed me most was that they took the time to clean all the connections on my battery and applied some anti corrosive spray. It probably took them an extra five minutes, but it speaks to the fact they might do more than what is required. I plan on using them again in the future. I went to WEST CHAPEL AUTO SERVICE based on reviews I read online. Jay is the best and most honest mechanic around. I've been ripped off enough times to truly appreciate a mechanic that does things the right way. In the 2 times that I've taken my Nissan Pathfinder to WESTCHAPEL AUTO, they easily could have justified charging me more money. Instead, they fixed what needed to be fixed in a timely manner for a fair price. What more could you ask for? I won't go to anyone else. Thanks!! A mechanic you can trust 10/15/2008

I have been taking my car to WEST CHAPEL AUTO for 3 years now. The first time I went in was to get my brakes checked. They were honest about which one's i ""needed"" done immediatly and which ones i ""had more time"" with. They had my car done in just a couple of hours and there prices were right on target. A very good neighborhood repair shop 10/7/2008

I went to WEST CHAPEL AUTO SERVICE for a brake job and my overall experience was positive. They took my car in right away and examined it. Not only did they tell me what the problem was, Jay took me into the shop and showed me what was wrong with my car. He showed me what they needed to do to correct my problem. He gave me a complete breakdown of parts and labor, which was a very reasonable amount. I was impressed with the one on one service I recieved, because they were very busy and Jay took the time with me to make sure I understood everything. I left there a very satisfied customer. HARDWORKING AND TRUSTWORTHY 10/6/2008

I have taken my car in to many mechanics and have either been lied to or given estimates that were over priced or did not reflect the work being done. I read the reviews on WEST CHAPEL AUTO SERVICE and decided to give them a shot. I was really impressed at how knowledgeable Jay was when it came to my car. I took my car in to get my air conditioner fixed and Jay was able to identify the problem in half a day. He explained the issue to me in a way that made sense and took care of the problem at a fraction of the price that I expected to pay. If you want a mechanic that really knows their stuff and does exactly what is needed at a great price, take your car to Jay. I've been looking all over for a good mechanic and I won't take my car any place else now. Thank You! Pros: Great job!!!!! more
