Wonderful Experience 6/16/2011

Without a doubt one of the best car-buying experiences I have ever had. Met Lisa Vaccaro and test drove a few used cars on the lot. She could tell that none of the available inventory really satisfied what I was searching for, so she told me that she would be in touch when one she felt matched came in to the dealership. True to her word a previous customer traded his car in for a new Honda and Lisa was in touch with me the very next day. Seeing the car I knew it was a perfect fit. She did not try to up-sell me on anything more than what she knew I was looking for. Visiting five Honda dealerships in the Tampa Bay area during this search I had tired of the high-pressure, fast-talking tactics of the salespeople. Lisa was not at all this way. She was very fair and honest during the whole process. Ultimately, Lisa stayed until nearly 11pm (dealership closed at 9pm) to process my car while I was finalizing financing, help me transfer my stuff out of my truck and then see me off. more

DREAM CAR 4/25/2011

I had the BEST time buying my dream car from Wesley Chapel Honda! I thought it might take a while to find "MY DREAM CAR" but nope, there it was..... sitting right at the front door! YAY!!!! Thank you Michael Hasson for making that dream come true!!! more

Worst Experience 1/22/2011

Honda of Wesley Chapel gave me the worst experience in car buying. They promised a new car at a certain price but then after SIX hours (during which time my plate was put on the new car and my insurance was switched over) they tried to jack the price up by several thousand $$. Then it took them over an hour just to put my license plate back on my car so I could leave in tears. The general sales manager, Michael Hasson is the least compassionate person I have ever met. When trying to explain my disappointment with the business, he tried to comfort me by telling me his life story (wasting even more of my time) and not once did he offer a solution or even a tissue for my teary eyes. I will never go back there and I would suggest that anyone else think twice before going as well. If you do go to Honda of Wesley Chapel I suggest you pack a lunch and a box of tissues. more

FANTASTIC! 11/16/2010

Purchasing my new Pilot through Wesley Chapel Honda was an excellent experience. The salesman (Matt Bell) and managers were extremely knowledgable and respectful. They took the time to answer any questions I had quickly and thoroughly and were able to give me a FANTASTIC deal. Every person that we met at the dealership greeted us with a smile. It is evident that the employees of Wesley Chapel Honda take pride in their product as well as their customer service. great job, worked with Michael and Ken last week. bought a new civic, and had no issues. read a couple of the reviews and have to say, there may be a few haters out there, lol. Whatever, the time i spent there was not bad at all and they were pretty straight forward, no gimmicks and nothing hidden. It is true the fees are high, but at least they were upfront, went to hondaland the week before and they have the same fees, they just split it up and call it two diff. things.. so what ever, Michael and Ken were great, and I AM GOING TO TELL ALL MY FRIENDS, besides that, the price was sweet, i bought a new civic lx, gray, for 14.5, plus all the other stuff, but it was still cheaper by about 890 then the other quotes i got. A++++ more

Great facility. Staff looks after the customer very well. Lots of choices. Shuttle rides to whereever you need to go. They take good care of your time and do a good job. more
