I have used this facility several times and could not be happier with their honesty and quality of work. I brought my daughters car in that a local dealership said needed brakes only to have Wes Cook Tire and Auto tell me the brakes were fine. I also have requested them to inspect my truck for what I thought was an issue and again they said there is not a problem here. Both of these times they could have made unneeded repairs and charged me for it and their honesty and integrity came shinning thru! I would not take my vehicles anywhere else for services they perform. more

Not happy with Wes Cook Tire 7/6/2010

I just bought 2 run flat tires and the tire sensor light remained on and on and on. I took it back and they just looked at each other and then let air out of the existing tires. Their final answer was take it back to the dealership if it's not fixed. They tout in the store about their "certified technicians" but it would seem that they should be able to change tires without damaging the sensor. When one spends $900+ dollars for tires, they should do it right! more

Good Car Repair 10/31/2007

We've used Wes Cook's for several years, and we've always had good experiences with them. I am very comfortable going there and feel like they're not going to rip me off. I would highly recommend it. more

Wes Cooks Tire and Auto 4/12/2007

We have been using Wes Cook for many years.We always get great service when we go there. Everyone is very helpful and professional. We buy all of our tires from them and I recommend them if you are shopping for tires. One thing that I like is that they rotate your tires free if you buy them there. The building is nice and clean and they have a comfortable place to wait while they work on your car. I also like the way they get you ina nd out so quickly. more
