Their bikes are amazing! I doubt at first with the price, because it is so affordable, thinking that it might not be of high quality. But I was wrong!

rude and wouldnt answer a question 9/14/2012

Went there for a inter tube for a bike. They said its no longer made and offered a different one when asked if it would work. The question was never answered an was asked four times. The older lady that waited on me was rude and wouldn't answer the question. Would not ever return to this shop. more

Best Bike shop in Toledo! 4/29/2012

Owned by a wonderful family! They are all very honest and have even recommended for me to buy a product form else where so I could get a better deal. I have bought multiple bikes from them and had work on my bikes done here. They have very fast service, great prices and are very knowledgeable. Keep on serving Toledo as you always have! Avoid This Place! 11/18/2011

Bait and switch! Charged me double to get my bike back and then I discovered that none of the work I paid for was actually done! $58 for absolutely nothing! Certainly the prior reviews must have been written by Wersell's employees. Never again! Pros: null Cons: null more

Great LBS (local bike shop) 11/12/2007

Really, these guys are great - though they have some carbon bling-bling stuff, they handle the all the everyday riders in the area and are wonderful to deal with.\r \r They'll size you for a bike, or custom order parts, or tune up your commuter. They also have knowledge of the local bike scene and some single speed/ fixed gear/ track stuff. \r \r Everyone is friendly and the prices are fair, the selection is good, and the head mechanic is top-notch. more

the best in town 11/9/2005

This is the spot if your looking for a new bike. They make sure that you have a bike the right size for your or your child, and help you all the way out to the car to load your new bike. They are all so helpful and friendly. They have a great parking lot that is easily used to test out bikes. They also have annual tent sales and give great discounts. You can also find pads, and helmets there. more
