The personal attention and lack of distractions really work for me. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and taught me the ""right"" way to do things. His approach is very easy going, but that does not make him a push over. You might buy your own excuses and whining, but he won't. That was really important for me. In addition, he helped me set realistic fitness goals that didn't necessarily have anything to do with pounds or inches. Very refreshing. He has been great about helping me celebrate all of my little successes, which ultimately lead me to my original goal of losing weight and changing dress sizes. Awesome!
