Good people 2/9/2014

Brought our Exterra in for service. Waiting for the car. We kept looking in the service bay and thought our car was still just sitting there. Wondering when they would start on it as usually the service is very good. Starting to get fustrated when the service manager comes out and says "your vehicle is done", we were looking at the wrong car. more

Fire price for oil change & regular service. Coffee, popcorn & most important Internet so I could get work done while my car was being taken care of :) It's a long way to drive up to Canada from the South Hill, but worth it! Good experience. more
