Poor Customer Service 2/1/2011

It seems like every time our family uses Dr. Wells' office, we order our contact lenses, wait 2-3 weeks, call back, only to find that they've been in or not even ordered yet. It's very unfortunate that the poor customer service overshadows a great Optometrist. Considering changing optometrists. more

Liverpool Optometrist with RUDE Receptionist 2/10/2010

I called to schedule an eye exam. The receptionist who picked up the phone was very rude, and very ""short"" with me. No pleastantries, no greetings..nothing!\r Guess I'm NOT going there! Pros: Close by - right in the village Cons: Rudness! more
