Terrific Big Box Banking 1/16/2006

Wells Fargo has responsive and empowered customer service. Sometimes they even remember my name, which is great for a big box bank. Their rates are terrific - I have absolutely free checking with free checks, and fees are reasonable. They have many ATM locations and some of the best online services in the business. PROS: Online services, low fees, many ATMs CONS: Some things come with being big - they don't all know my name more

The Wells Fargo Bank has lost its personal touch. If you want a bank that will meet all your needs, don't go here. The employee turnover is unacceptable and the high rate of mistakes could cost you a lot of money. more
