Worst banking experience I, have ever had, they are about as flexible as a steel rod, the bank charges are way over the top, the counter staff are over-the-top friendly, but, that hides what they are up to behind your back. Its no surprise to me that they fell into a pit and needed bailing out." and someone has taken over this astonishingly in-human bank, yes, inhuman. The front end is human alright and very nice they are, but beneath that pleasant exterior lies a den of iniquity that belies description.
