I experienced the worst customer service ever by a human being at your ""1520 N. Halsted"" location. The piece of S##t Supervisor on duty Wednedsay May 4th between the hours of 8:15 and 8:30am as well as 3 previous visits, should be"" FIRED"" he's an arrogant A##hole who doesn't know how to deal with people. Needless to say, I will never spend another dime in that place due to that prick. The only reason I went today is because I wanted to use up my last groupon voucher. Other than that F##k him! Really great service 11/23/2010

AVOID well clean and spend less for more elsewhere 6/8/2008

Way overpriced, & very bad service all around at both locations each time we've gone. Cons: to many for the price tag more

Not very impressive washing/service. 10/16/2007

I had always heard of this car wash and, as I am fairly particular about my vehicle, decided to try them. Not worth it!! It seems that they have spent most of their money on all the TGI Friday's type vehicle memorabilia, but not much on employee training and/or customer service. The employees were very slow, unmotivated., and constantly missed many obvious dirt spots, glass smudges, crumbs, gravel, exc. Also, very expensive. I have an expensive vehicle and am not afraid to pay for service, but it just wasn't there. Thanks. Pros: nice waiting room Cons: car not clean more
