Saturday Appointment saves the day! 7/17/2013

We needed emergency help on a Saturday when I broke our garage door. (I opened it from the outside when it was bolted from the inside.) I called around 10am and they were able to come out by 2pm. Wellborn sent Cody out and he quickly assessed the problems and started working to repair the door. After a new track was installed, along with some hinges and a roller, we were good to go. I really wasn't sure what this accident would cost us, but I think the price was fair and the technician was professional. We will definitely recommend Wellborn to anyone who needs their garage door serviced! more

Perfect service again and again 7/16/2013

I called Welborn nearly two years ago when my garage door suddenly stopped functioning, and they were able to send someone out that same day to fix it--I was very impressed. Recently the door had started making a grinding sound, so I bought their coupon for a garage door tuneup and Bobby came out this past Saturday (scheduling via email was a snap). Twenty minutes later my door was functioning perfectly again. I will always call Welborn! more

Call back on new garage door opener 7/11/2013

Had a problem with a 5 month old door opener on a weekend. Cynthia was able to dispatch some one first thing on Monday morning with no cost. When the technican arrived the problem was diagnosed and determined to be under waranty. A new control module was installed with no cost as it was covered under warranty, what great service. Definitely recommendng Welborne to my family and friends. more

Great Service 7/8/2013

Great on time service with a quick installation of the garage door opener. Hector even killed a snake that was on it's way into the garage! That is what I call great customer service. Quiet garage door opener as promised. I will be calling again later today for a service that I neglected to ask about when I set up the appt. for the garage door opener. more

Garage door tune up.... Nice job! 7/5/2013

When calling to set the appt, the staff was courteous and efficient. Jason, the service tech, showed up on time and was super nice, very quickly discovered the issue with my garage door not working like it should. He corrected some things, put in new rollers and pointed out items that may need to be fixed in the future. He took time to explain and even showed me what he was saying. Outstanding customer service and a job well done. Thanks to Jason and the team at Welborn's for such professional service. Kyle more

Did Everything he said he'd so for what he quoted 7/5/2013

I had a torsion spring go loose and decided against trying to fix it myself. Mike D. came out first thing that morning as promised - no waiting around for the cable guy. He told me he could fix the problem for about $200 but pointed out that my rollers on both doors were actually just draggers and that I was in serious need of a tune up on both doors. This was not a bait and switch deal. He clearly explained what he would do and I am confident he would have simply fixed the immediate problem had that been my choice. He worked with me on the best combination of discounts, did the work in about 90 minutes, and was super polite and helpful. No complaints and my doors are almost silent. I WILL have him out again before the doors get that bad. more

Call takers were pleasant and quickly set up an Same-day appointment for me. Jason was on time. He was clearly experienced and worked quickly. He was honest about my problem and tried to solve it in a cost efficient way. It's amazing how much he got done in 15 minutes. Would definitely call again. more

I have had to call Welborn garage two times in the last year. Once for my two car garage door, and most recently on my one car garage door. Each time, Aaron was sent out for repairs. He was exact and honest about what needed to be repaired and got it all fixed up and running in about 30 minutes. I will always use and recommend Welborn Garage Doors. more

Three Signs 7/1/2013

First sign that Welborn Garage Doors was the the right choice . . . the excellent customer service I received over the phone to set up a convenient service time. Second sign . . . experienced technician, Cody was patient and willing to explain what needed to be done to replace broken springs. Third sign . . . reasonable cost for springs and labor. Great rate for a tuneup! 6/27/2013

I called for an appointment and had the service technician onsite the next day. Bobby did a great job, and pointed out some considerations for the future with no pressure. It was a very good experience, and I would definitely call them for any future garage door needs more
