A1 Dealership on the West Side We have relied on Weinle Auto Sales for the purchase of our last 2 cars. Our credit was not, perfect however, between Bruce our sales associate who was awesome and really made us feel comfortable, and Ray the finance manager they got us approved on the car we really wanted. We actually traded back the vehicle we purchased from Ray 7 years ago. That was a great buy then and we felt like they had sold us a really great car and taken care of so we went back and got the same Great Customer service once again. They answered all our questions, and worked with us through the whole process, we never felt like we were being pushed to buy anything, we got the car that we wanted, with the payments that we wanted. These guys are very professional; and just do a really great job; we have recommended them to others in the past and will definitely recommend them in the future more

Service after the Sale: Excellent We found ourselves in a tough spot, and after explaining our situation, Ray found us the perfect car with an affordable payment. WHAT A PROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP!: WE PURCHASED A 1997 ACURA RL WHICH IS TOP OF THE LINE IN ACURAS LINE. WE HAVE HAD IT FOR 2 YEARS AND NOTHING HAS EVER GONE WRONG WITH IT. MY DAUGHTER JUST BOUGHT 2001 VW BEETLE ON 7/19/05 AND IT WAS A CREAMPUFF. I WENT TO WEINLE AGAIN BECAUSE OF THE WAY CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED AND THEY AUTOMATICALLY GIVE YOU A 3 MONTH/ 3,000 MILE WARRANTY. WE PURCHASED A 3 YEAR WARRANTY ANYWAY. THEY JUST DON'T WASH AND WAX THEIR CARS AND PUT TIRE SHINE ON THE WHEEL, THEY HAVE THEM SERVICED BEFORE THEY PUT THEM ON THE LOT. THEY ARE NOT LIKE OTHER USED CAR DEALERS AROUND THE WESTSIDE. ROB WEINLE GREW UP ON THE WESTSIDE AND HAS TO FACE THE CUSTOMERS HE DOES BUSINESS WITH. SO HE BACKS UP WHAT HE SELLS. HE TELLS THE TRUTH. THAT'S WHAT WE LIKE. I and brother both purchased cars from Weinle. Both cars were very reliable and ran great. The prices are reasonable and there isn't any shady business going. Nice selection of used cars (I believe they specialize in foreign models). Good place to shop if you are looking for a nice used car. more

Our family had an exceptional experience at Weinle. We were on our way to another dealership driving by Weinle Auto saw the exact same vehicle stopped and was given such an awesome deal. Great Service and Ray definitely did not pressure us in any way. They even went above and beyond. One week later the TIMING BELT went out on the vehicle and they stepped up to the plate and covered all out of pocket costs. Unheard of in today's economy; take it so far as to say other than a reputable West Side family owned dealership would not have happened. I don't praise often..but they deserve a kudo's BIG TIME! Drive across the river and save some money! We bought a car for our son at this dealership. They carry primarily import cars (Toyota, Hyundai, Honda) that have been previously leased. The prices were $2,000 less than what we were quoted at the Florence, KY dealers for similar vehicles. Weinle was very efficient in helping us to drive and compare several different vehicles in a short period of time. They are knowledgable about engines, mpg and safety features. They were very helpful when I contacted them after the sale to inquire about changing bulbs in the brake lights. I was very impressed with their friendly, low pressure approach to selling us a good quality car.
