He scolded me for not choosing the method of treatment I should have been on earlier. He was the only doctor on my health plan who had appointments available. A message has to be left on his voicemail during business hours and they take a while to call you back. He was somewhat ill-tempered and he wanted to drop me as a patient after I went to the hospital. He is somewhat condescending and made me feel it was my fault. more

This doctor was the biggest waste of my time, not only did he tell me that ""he didn't think so"" after everything that I told him was concerning me he was a blatant just all out useless doctor. I can understand how the person that wrote the review before me thought the same way I just wonder how you put up with him for that long. I completely wasted an hour an a half of my time, Spent 45 minutes filling out a stupid questionnaire that had nothing to do with anything and sat an listened to him tell me that whatever it was that I was saying wasn't right or didn't make sense to him. He couldn't even stop to think about something for a minute. I would say something and he would tell me that it doesn't make sense and that he didnt understand what I was getting at. I saw Dr. Weingarten for almost one year. He practically ruined my life - inaccessibility, the refusal to listen, consistent lack of caring demonstrated by him and his assistant, and medically speaking what he prescribed and his ""standard"" of care was laughed at as ""inhumane"" by other physicians I ended up contacting and working with.
