I am giving two stars because one of the owners is a good guy but their office manager Kelli is rude, crass and thinks she can do no wrong. She determines the comfort and quality of your living arrangements and has no problem basically telling you to live with a broken A/C or get used to the mold smell permeating through the vents. I have also had the pleasure of being in the office while she was reaming and cursing out who I assume was another employee. I will tell everyone I know to stay far away from Weiner until they get a friendly and helpful office person, one who doesn't talk down to people. more

I checked out a lot of apartments in CU. Weiner does have some sketchy ones, but definitely not as bad as others (CPM.) The apartments I have rented over 5 years and 3 apartments have always been clean with new paint and all repairs done. With maintenance issues, they always answer the phone and ALWAYS respond within 24 hours, usually the same day. The office staff are very friendly and even remember me by name. And mice, that's all up to you. I can tell you in a duplex I lived in for 3 years, our neighbor had mice because he left food out. My husband and I never saw a sign of them because we keep things clean. Reviewers obviously felt the need to vent their frustrations, but why would you think you'd get luxury apartment at a reasonable price? I can tell you, Weiner is a fantastic landlord to whom I just keep returning. more

When I bought my house, my wife and I had already found what we were looking for. The house had already been listed. The only thing we didn't have was an agent of our own. All three of the agents we contacted (at random, from the phone book) immediately offered to show us properties; no one really wanted to listen to us when we said we'd already found the house. Evidently they were all looking for the coveted sale where they could represent both parties. I asked around and found Haley, a young real estate agent who was willing to deliver exactly what we wanted: do all the necessary paperwork, schedule the necessary appointments, and nothing else. She delivered perfectly. I can't comment on how well she can help you find a home, as we had already found ours, but she's professional, courteous, and energetic. more
