I've been availing their services since 2009. They've been pretty consistent with their level of service and try to cater to any requests I make regarding cleaners or day/time etc. Rates are good compared to other agencies in the peninsula. They offer better rates if you sign up for weekly, biweekly or monthly services. I highly recommend them! more

I have utilized Weekend Maids' referral service for several years now - they are really good at what they do. I rarely have an issue with their service. If on the rare occasion the cleaners did not service something the right way I just let them know for the next time and they adjust their service accordingly. Office staff is also super nice and always ready to assist. more

I tried this agency and after seeing the only other 2 reviews I wish I would have looked them up prior to my horrible experience. They spent over an hour and a half on 1 small bathroom with the 2 people that were working and all they did was talk and the bathroom was cleaned less than a week prior to them coming. I specifically walked around and told them what needed to be done prior and they did not even get to the living room because of the wasted time in the 1 bathroom. When I called the agency to explain my disappointment they said they had to get information from the cleaners to figure out what they thought. This is a horrible agency who does not back up the job of those they hire to do the work. They had even talked me into getting extra time to just in case even thought they said it should be done sooner. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!!!! THEY DO NOT BACK THE WORK COMPLETED!!! more

I started using Weekend Maids Referral Agency in June this year, when I bought my house. Since then - every month I have the whole house nicely and carefully cleaned. I am very satisfied with their services and pricing. I will definitely recommend at least to try it once - you will see that it is worth it! more

I have been using Weekend Maids for years, at multiple residences, and they continue to refer only top-notch housekeeping services for me. They are very competitive in their pricing, use brand name supplies and show up when they say they will. With weekend maids, you always get customer service and a great experience! more

That is what happend to me, 2 weeks ago, after the cleaning service, the settlement department called me and require me to give them my credit card informations because the maids claims you didnt pay them. " we were trying to charge you for the $69, but your expiration date has expired can you please call us back" Which obviously I did in cash because it is the way I choose to pay while settling the appointment on the phone. Thank God I kept the pink sheet the maid gave me after the cleaning as a requirement of the payment. The invoice stated that I own 69 which is a fixed price, for ( 1hr/2 maids and nor more!!!), also on this pink sheet it is stipulated that *Payment is due immediately after service. so OF COURSE I DID PAY FOR THE SERVICE. Otherwise the Maid would have call their office right the way or I would have receive a call in the next days, not 2 weeks after the service! But apparently it is not all: The day of the cleaning, the maids also told me " we are running out of time, we cannot clean a part of kitchen, as the microwave..." I say its is ok and I also went to throw the trash by myself. Today during our conversation on the phone, the operator of Weekend maids said: " they stay more than an hours, and also you did not pay them, so I need your credit card number to charge you" In fact, not only they accused me not to have paid, but also I understand that I did kind force them to stay more than the time required ????? I dont get it! .. In anyway I did ask them to stay more or force them. Since when customer should chronometer the work of the maids? I dont get it. I am a 23 years old foreign and full time student, so I dont work to pay my bills (because it is illegal as a foreign student), I pay my bills with money that my parents grants me. Also I cannot stand giving away money for free and unfaire purpose !! those maids could have been like my mother, I usually dont hire maids, but moreover I surly usually dont stile people. It was only for a move in cleaning. I am in rage for the injustice there!! I am aware of my consumer rights and duties I did completely perform them, and I will not stop to perform my rights as a consumer and duties to face dishonest people if Weekend Maid don't perform their duties and regulate their own internal problems, and keep them internal! I sent the picture of the invoice as a proof of my payment. I feel very disappointed if my money went directly in the pockets of the maids and they accused me of non payments! Let see how the manager will manage the inconvenience. more

Weekends Maids Referral Agency is very good at confirming appointments, doing the work on time, and providing details of future meetings by email and voice mail. They are a very useful company and in the 9 months I have been using them I have used them every week. more

Weekend Maids Referral Agency wasn't really expensive which was good. There was a bit of a language barrier but that was not too much of an issue. They had their own supplies which was great. There was not too much work needed on my end. more

I needed to find a cleaning service for a spring cleaning. I was very happy with Weekend Maids. They showed up on time. Worked very hard the entire time they were here. Got my house as clean as clean can get. I will refer and use them in the future. more

I found them online, maybe 3 years ago and gave them a try. I've had a couple of different cleaning crews over the years that have all been good. Any time we were unhappy with anything they always made it right. We have 4-5 different friends we've recommended them to and they all seem happy with the service as well. more

I had service for my old home in Silver Lake before I moved out East. My roommates left the place in shambles and I needed desperately needed service before my walk-through. The maids showed up fully prepared to tackle the job at hand. It took them a while but they got through everything and most importantly my landlord was happy. I am very happy with Weekend Maids Referral Agency. I have received consistently good service from the cleaners they refer and I continue to receive great service from their office staff. They have great pricing and keep their office open 7 days a week, which actually makes a HUGE difference. Case in point: I had guests coming in a few weeks ago on a Sunday and I just couldn't get the house cleaned in time. On a whim I called these guys and was shocked to discover that the office was open on Sunday morning. I was able to get service by the afternoon which really helped me out. I have been using Weekend Maids Referral Agency for over a year. I have had multiple ladies come out but I have liked Leticia the most and I request her each time. If she is not available, I am happy to wait until she is. I give short, detailed instructions. Leticia has been great at understanding what I want and addressing my concerns. I like that whatever she touches, including cleaning materials, she puts back. I never have to arrange things after she leaves. She is always on time and does a great job. more
