Best Audio-Visual Team you could get 3/21/2012

We recently had our theater installed by WeeBee. Lee has been so patient with us--it literally took us YEARS to get our act together and finally decide to take the plunge. Lee is a genius when it comes to this business. You couldn't have a more knowledgeable person guide you to get the results that we got. He always was able to explain about the different equipment, and why one was better than another and what would work better in your situation. He also wasn't afraid to let you know when you really didn't need to spend a pile of money one something either. Matt K. was also a great resource and helped us over the years every time we stopped in at the store to see what was new. Nate and Joe installed our theater, and they were great! They did a beautiful job. They knew what they were doing somehow in that tangle of wires and cables. They even cleaned up after themselves and vacuumed. When they left, it was like we suddenly had a theater and it looked WONDERFUL! Thank you WeeBee for doing a fantastic job and for always being available to answer the zillions of questions we had over the years. You truly are professionals. more

overpriced 1/30/2012

They are very overpriced for their labor. Had a sony TV mounted on a wall and prewiring for a future surround system and it was well over $3000.00. The TV was given to me for a ""deal"" at $1500. I will never go back. more

Good installers & products but major lack of professionalism 8/17/2011

While I will give credit to Weebee for doing good installations on both my home and my car, I would rate them extremely poor overall when it comes to sales professionalism. In dealing with Shane (for car audio) and Tom (for home theatre), they often talk down to people and are very sarcastic with clients. They offer little willingness to negotiate until they realize that you are taking your business to another company and were being honet and upfront about costs being out of line with market. They do not make people feel like their business is valued and although the offer quality brands and products, and do a great job on installations, the treatment during the sales/service process is so poor, that its not worth doing business with them. RESPONSE FROM WeeBee Audio Video: Please tell me Kerry the owner what they did to make you so unhappy. I really care about what people think for sure! This upsets me very much! Once Again . . . 8/9/2011

Once again, Wee Bee comes to the rescue! I had the guys install the XM radio hardware in my new vehicle a few months ago. The car had navigation installed but it sucked and the dealer agreed to take the unit out and replace it with standard equipment. They also gave me credit to purchase a navigation unit. I had the guys at Wee Bee install the unit at the lower left corner of the windshield behind the inspection sticker so it was out of sight. The install job was excellent! Supreme kudos to Shane, Josh, and especially Scott Yoder who sold me some out of sight Klipsch headphones!! GREAT JOB WEE BEE!!!!! more

I highly recommend WeeBee Audio as a business that stands behind its products. Wee Bee provided a sound system and hi definition TV during a home renovation. Because the project was extensive, I wanted to hire a business that I knew was reputable and would offer help if any of the products failed. Friends recommended WeeBee. Installation was meticulously planned and completed professionally. The staff was always helpful. An issue occurred with one of the products several months after purchase. WeeBee replaced the product at no cost to me. Customer satisfaction is a top priority for this business. Having experienced great service, I highly recommend contracting with WeeBee.You will not be disappointed. more

Excellent service and professionalism at a good price. 7/21/2011

I recently had an excellent experience with Shane at Wee Bee. I had all my equuipment installed out of state, so after I moved here I was worried about finding a good audio shop when I started having problems. Shane and Wee Bee took all that worry away. They solved my problem without having to replace any components by finding some wiring problems at an extremely reasonable price. Now my system sounds great again...thank you Shane. more

Excellent Service, Perservered to correct the problem 6/23/2011

I recently had an excellent service experience with Shane Woerner. He made good suggestions as to the source of the problem. After an initial visit to correct a problem with the power going to the radio, he was able to correct other problems for the cassette and CD player as well! I am very happy and will recommend your facility to others. more

We purchased from Scott and Shawn did our install. Great experience from beginning to end. The Nuvision LCD monitor is a big hit in our house. Our daughter describes it as a Ferrari!The new Yamaha A2000 receiver makes a big difference in the audio even though I thought we had a good receiver previously.We are enjoying the Sony BlueRay player with the internet connection. Only beginning to discover the many uses. Top drawer install. Neatly tied and meticulously labelled cabling. Answered our many questions with patience. Definitely would deal with WeeBee again. more

Lancaster's Best Mobile Electronics Dealer 6/11/2011

I was having a problem with some of my gear. I wasn't sure if it the car or the gear. I called Shane and he said to bring the car on down. I got there, Shane grabbed some tools and some notes he had printed out on my equipment and we spent more than an hour diagnosing and repairing the problem. No appointment. No charge. I'm sure it doesn't work that way all the time. I'm sure there are times when parts are necessary or one of the full-time installers would need to work on the car but in this case I could not have asked for more. It's clear that Shane and WeeBee understand the value of a long term customer and are willing to invest in that relationship. Huge thanks to Shane and props to WeeBee. more

I walked into wee bee looking to buy a a good sub for a good price.I needed updated on my knowledge of car speakers so shane gave me a good deal on a good sub and he even adjusted my amp so everything sounded good.thanks shane more

I recently purchased a Lexus which unfortuntely did not have XM installed. I know that I am "not the sharpest tool in the shed" but the guys at Wee Bee were more than patient with me. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST EVER!!! more

problem solving assistance 5/2/2011

Shane and josh were extremely helpful with resolving an issue I was having. I needed a special replacement product and these to pros. were able to find a perfect replacement and fix my issue on the first try. Hassle free experience. 4/27/2011

Stopped by and met Scott at the store on a Sunday. Very helpful & was surprised I left with no HD TV in the back of my SUV!! Scott had Lee come out to survey the job & Lee gave us a professional evaluation based on what we budgeted. The estimate came fast and we had one minor point which was adddressed forthwith. The installation team worked hard & left us with a satisfying TV and sound experience system. After the installation, Scott came out and answered follow up questions and programmed something we were unable to complete on our own. more

I recently purchased a Sony 60" NX810 with the understanding that it had to be installed a certain date (within 5 business days of purchase) as we were having company and wanted the tv for the basement for visiting children to watch. Scott Yoder was the sales person ans promised installation, with removal of the old maga box tv, which I also purchased over 10 years ago from Wee Bee. Installation was completed and the installers were extremely professional and knew exactly what they were doing. I could not have been more please with the service from Scott and the installers. I would never consider buying my electronics from a box store-only from Wee Bee and Scott. Great job by all. more

Quality service at a respectable price! 4/5/2011

Wee Bee Audio/Video is my place for all my audio/video needs. The store is laid out well with plenty of equipment on display. All of the sales staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Tom Richmond is my main go to guy however. He knows what he's talking about and has helped get the best equipment for the best price over the past few years. more

Great People, Great Service, Great Product 1/28/2011

I recently had several installations completed by Weebee and could not be happier. The staff is great and very helpful with recommendations on equipment and planning your setup. Shane went above and beyond to help me especially with my car. From planning the setup, understanding my needs and offering good advice (not buying the most expensive speaker) when it came to practicality and cost. Definitely recommend Weebee to anyone who is serious about car audio. Could not ask for more, hats off to Weebee!! more
