Auto Start Installation 2/14/2013

We had a auto start installed by Wee Bee. We had stopped in the weekend before, and set the appointment up for a Friday about noon. We showed on time, they told us about 3-3.5 hrs. We went to Park City and walked around, got something to eat. When a little over 3 hrs we stared back to the shop, we got a call saying it was done. It has been installed a little over a week now and it works great. We had ones in our other cars, but this car has the transponder keys. Haven't had one problem, everything works great. Can't say enough good about them. If I have to have anything done to the cars, they WILL go to Wee Bee!!!! Great job guys, thanks again!!! more

BMW Stereo Installation 2/11/2013

I emailed WeeBee regarding getting a stereo installed in my 2002 BMW wagon and received a response quickly from the owner, directing me to his car audio specialists; Alex. I set up an appointment and found him extremely helpful and I promptly ordered the recommended products. Two days later the specialty wiring harnesses arrived and they did the installation and WOW... I couldn't be more pleased with their work and professionalism! I am now scheduling some Body & Paint work with them and will steer more business their way! Five Star Customer Service!!! more

Lee rambler and his team performed a wonderful job on on our homes centralized video installation. all the systems work extremely well using the new hdmi switch and total control system. now we have everything integrated. we had a previous audio - video professional attempt the same thing before we called Lee at weebee. This other professional was ineffective at best, used outdated technology, and accomplished nothing other than causing stress and wasting money and time. Learn from my mistake. stick with the "real" professionals and use Lee and the guys at weebee. they know what they are doing..... more

Great service by Scott and others at WeeBee 12/20/2012

Terrific service. Picked up TV on a Wed. TV kept turning off then on by itself. With our concerns, Scott at WeeBee ordered a new TV and it has been working beautifully since (all within 1 week's time). Everybody we talked with or dealt with at WeeBee is very professional and courteous and definately helpful. more

Superb customer service from spec to install 11/13/2012

Lee and his install team did an amazing job installing our system. We asked and they delivered a beautiful HD surround sound system in our family room and then helped wire/connect every high tech system in the house. (WiFI/MACS/Printers/Apple TV, etc) Professional, clean and since the install highly responsive ensuring the system remained at its peek performance...Thanks! more

purchased a 70" Elite TV from Scott Yoder 11/1/2012

I have been looking at tv's for a while when Scott recommended the Sony 65" xbr, which I was considering, but after a while when I was ready to make a purchase was discontinued.Scott offered the Elite 70" refurbished one for the same price & said it was the best on the market which is correct.I had this tv delivered yesterday & the screen was cracked (that's just my luck) but they ran back to the shop & brought a good one.I am glad that I took Scott's advice & purchased the Elite, because this is one awesome tv!Scott was great to deal with & also recommended a Sony blue ray player & an Integra receiver that I am going to purchase in the future.Scott does a great job & really knows what he is talking about. more

excellent customer service 10/28/2012

I just moved to the area 3 months ago and have show sysytem in my scion and after I had my clutch replaced my sytem had no power. I went to WeeBee around 3pm and spoke to Shane. Shane took care of me right away and went through the system. The resolution was to replace some of the old equipment. The next morning I went to work the system was working fine but WeeBee had already earned a return visit because of Shane customer service. 2 weeks later I called Shane around noon and ask him if he could fit me in to put a full set of front and back speakers in my wifes truck. 45 minutes later Shane called me back and fit me in at 3pm. I arrived at 2:30pm and picked out speakers before my appointment and was back on the road by 4:15. WeeBee know has my loyalty because of Shane more

Modest needs 10/23/2012

I was reluctant to go to WeeBee Audio because their showroom looked so upscale and high tech and all I needed was a simple radio/cd player to replace the one that came with the car in 2003. I was pleasantly surprised! My request was met with smiles. The salesman showed me models that fit my needs and did not try to talk me into anything more expensive. I left my car at 11am and picked it up at 4pm. The intallation fee was very reasonable. They offered assistance in the future with changing time on the clock etc. All in all a VERY pleasant experience! more

I wanted to express my gratitude to your store for your excellent choice of employees. First of all, Scott Yoder has always been so knowledgeable and professional in my contact with him. He has recently helped me in choosing a TV, receiver and giving me information about Sonos Internet Radio that I wasn't aware of. I chose to purchase the Sonos based on his help and recommendation. He knows that I like Classical and recommends equipment and products that would be the best for that venue. I trust him and his expertise and will go back to your store when I need new speakers and other equipment. I also want to say that Nathan, who came to install the equipment was not only an expert his field but very personable. I was uneasy about the process and he was patient and explained everything to me so that I could understand it. Subwoofer/Amp Install 10/17/2012

The service I recieved was tremendous and I'm currently in Afghanistan, so that is saying something. I had recently bought a Chevy Silverado and my dad was doing all the work to hook me up with a sound system upon my return. The first sub we bought was too big. Then we were going to have a custom box made to fit. And finally Josh recommended the Stealthbox from JL Audio. This is what we ended up buying and it was install yesterday. My dad has told me it looks and sounds awesome. My overall experience was great. Josh had questions my dad couldn't answer and we sent numerous emails back and forth bouncing different thoughts off eachother. I always got a quick response and none of my questions or concerns went unanswered. In the future, I will return to Weebee for all my audio needs. more

Excellent service 10/15/2012

I had a new car stereo installed about 6 weeks ago and just recently had some difficulty with the Sirius/XM satellite signal. I called on a Wednesday and was fit in that Friday morning for an appointment. The guys are professional, helpful and accommodating. I've been working with Josh since the original install. He was patient with me, gave me a tutorial on how to use all of the stereo's features (twice now!) and even shared some tips on what I can do if my current issue arises again. Exactly what I was looking for - a GREAT value! 9/5/2012

Shane gave me a real education on the current state-of-the-art, budget car audio systems. It turns out there was a lot to learn and he did a great job helping me select the unit that best fit my needs. Installation was fast (while I waited) and, all-in-all, it was an excellent value. With a wide range of systems, I heartily recommend WeeBee! more
