Our experience with Wedding Day has been absolutely fantastic. When Zach first met with James at the Burnsville Wedding Day, he knew right away that Wedding Day was going to be the spot where he would be buying my engagement ring. After my first stop at Wedding Day and my first introduction to James, I knew right away why Zach picked Wedding Day. Zach came into Wedding Day with an image of a ring that was clearly out of our price range and James had my engagment ring custom made to almost identically match the image on the picture but within Zach's budget. Words can not explain how much I love my ring; James and Wedding Day made our dreams come true! Not only did he custom create the ring of my dreams but he was kind, patient, answered all of our questions and he educated us on what we were purchasing so we felt comfortable. All of the staff at this location has been nothing but amazing everytime we come in; they are never forceful and they treat us with upmost kindness. Thank you Wedding Day! When I was thinking about buying a ring I looked at all of the different shops around the area. WDD was by far the best one I went to. Not only were their rings and diamonds amazing, the service was even better. The staff was very nice and helpful. I never felt pressured or talked down to at any point. They were just trying to make sure I found the perfect ring, which they did and my future wife absolutely loves the ring. I would go back to WDD in a heartbeat. Pros: service, pricing more

I constantly get compliments on my engagement ring that my finance bought for me from Wedding Day! My finance wasn't sure what he wanted and honestly was just driving by and decided to stop in. Klaus walked him through how diamonds are rated and helped him pick the perfect ring. Thanks to Klaus at the Burnsville store, I got the ring of my dreams. It is absolutely gorgeous and very unique. My experience with WDD has been amazing. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. But more than that, they treat you like you're their most important customer. They know your name and ask about your special dates. I have had to have my ring sized a couple times to get it just right and we had to get my finance's ring sized as well. Each time it was always done timely and completed before the date they quoted. I would highly recommend WDD... all my future purchases will be done with them! After visiting (and revisiting) several retail jewelers, I had my best exerpeince with Klaus and the staff at the Burnsville Wedding Day store. I wanted something unique, but not necessarily fully custom. Klaus brought in several loose diamonds for my selection and really took the time to find out what I wanted. I wasn't even sure what I wanted. I ended up choosing a stone and a setting that was completely different from what I went in expecting to purchase. Their patience and personal attention was great, my sizing was done in less time than they had quoted (7 days) --they called after 4. I was very pleased with the experience and I love my ring more every day that passes. Pros: Great customer service, professional and knowledeable staff. Cons: Parking a little tight and access to store can be a little confusing if you aren't from the area. more

I have been a customer of Wedding Day Diamonds for 15+ years and they have Top Notch! Walk into their store and you are greeted with a professional, courteous and informed salesperson. I have dealt with the staff and dealt with the store owner Umit and I could not feel more assured that I am getting a good deal, a VERY high quality product and outstanding post-sales support. Wedding Day Diamonds is most assuredly customer-driven as this is evidenced EVERY time I go in there. Umit is outstanding as an owner and gives you his honest, sincere opinion on your purchase. Neither Umit nor his staff are pushy to get the sale, but rather are genuinely interested in knowing what you want ... and they get it for you. If they have to search for just the right stone, they do so tirelessly - but in a timely basis. I have recommended many friends of mine to this store as I know that they will be satisfied with the product and the service provided. And ... they have been! Pros: Lovely store. Good location.
