After visiting (and revisiting) several retail jewelers, I had my best exerpeince with Klaus and the staff at the Burnsville Wedding Day store. I wanted something unique, but not necessarily fully custom. Klaus brought in several loose diamonds for my selection and really took the time to find out what I wanted. I wasn't even sure what I wanted. I ended up choosing a stone and a setting that was completely different from what I went in expecting to purchase. Their patience and personal attention was great, my sizing was done in less time than they had quoted (7 days) --they called after 4. I was very pleased with the experience and I love my ring more every day that passes.
Pros: Great customer service, professional and knowledeable staff.
Cons: Parking a little tight and access to store can be a little confusing if you aren't from the area.
