Great service 4/9/2013

I have boarded my dog blaze many times at Weber s. Blaze has a skin condition that requires the application of ointment twice daily. There was no extra charge for this time consuming process. Weber's has allowed me to travel comfortably knowing blaze is in good hands. I am always pleased after I pick up blaze from Weber s and I know blaze is too because he prefers to be pet by the staff than me when I first arrive!! Weber s is blaze's home away from home. more

Perfect! 3/21/2013

I had my German Sheppard trained at Webers by Dave the owner. Tank my Sheppard was extremely challenging to take for a walk. Dave taught tank how to heel properly at my side. After the completion of Tanks training Dave showed me how to continue the training at home and even gave me a DVD so I cant forget even the smallest detail! Anyone who needs their dog trained should go to webers! more

Great experience 2/28/2013

I Boarded my female golden retriever "Roxie"at Weber's. A close friend advised me to board my "Roxie" with them. I was impressed how friendly and helpful the staff was. When I came back from my vacation and picked up "Roxie" she looked great and seemed like she wanted to stay. I will for sure be back! more

I travel a lot for a living and I always leave my dogs at Weber's. The staff is wonderful, caring, loving and accommodating too me and my dogs. I always feel secure when leaving them there. more

Terrible 2/14/2012

I took my dog there for the weekend. When I came to pick him up he smelled like urine. The staff was unorganized. They could not find the food or the blanket I had left for him and he was scratching at the door while I was paying the bill because he wanted to leave so badly.\r Never again. more

The Best 12/7/2011

I enrolled my Brittany Spaniel, Jax in Weber?s two week training program. What an improvement. It was well worth it! more

We have taken our two English Springer Spaniels to Webers for boarding since they were puppies and have never had a bad experience. Both of our "boys" have been well taken care of and they never mind going there. We always have "peice of mind" when we go out of town. All of the staff are caring and know how to handle the pets that stay there. We will never board anywhere else more

Over and Over Again! 8/6/2011

I truly believe the previous reviewer made a mistake and entered the wrong facility on route 1 in the greater Princeton area. I did that on my first visit. It has been well over 17 years that I have been going to Weber's in all types of weather and with all of our different breeds of dogs. I am very happy with them. Only wish they were closer to us. more

Never again! 7/25/2011

I would never take my dog back to this kennel. It was dirty & on a 95 degree day, there was NO air conditioning!!! Nobody called me to tell me about the lack of AC, thankfully a relative went to check on my dog. They also had none of the 10-day food supply I gave to them....which brings the question: what were they planning on feeding him for the rest of his stay? He's on a special food, I gave them more than enough for 10 days & on day 5 they had none left!\r If you love your pet, find another place!!! more

do not patronize 10/13/2010

Boarded our dog for two nights with her own food. The evening of her arrival home she became very ill. The short story is that it has cost $2000 + three months of vet care (3x/wk) to rehabilitate her. She went in as a healthy senior dog and came out a debilitated geriatric dog. more

So Dirty! 10/5/2009

We had planned to take our 2 labs there in September. After touring the facilities,we chose not to ever board our beloved dogs there. The animals looked so miserable! The place was filthy! Worse than any dog pound I had ever visited! more

A place I trust with my dogs 3/20/2009

We have boarded our 2 dogs at Weber's for the past 10 years. They have large kennels and a very sympathetic and knowledgeable staff. Libby and Patches usually "bunk" together. We always opt for the daily yard walk and usually sign up for a pre-pickup bath. The rates are good.\r \r 2012 update: Patches (13+ yrs) still regularly stays at Weber's ; Libby has passed by our new girl, Phoebe is now well cared for at Weber's. I really appreciate the care given to my dogs by the entire staff. more

Good place without the frills 12/27/2008

Though not a fancy boarding place (like the one my friend's dog got Kennel Cough from at her "interview") they take excellent care of your dog. My dog is actually a rescue, that was housed there for about 1 1/2 years- since she couldn't be fostered w/ cats. They took great care of her then, and now on the rare occasion we need to travel and board our dog, we wouldn't even think of taking her elsewhere. We have never had a problem- our dog does tend to shed some weight while she is there (which is ok, she could spare a few lbs) but this is typical of her- if we kept her at home or at a friend's she wouldn't eat either if we're not around to "have dinner with her". That said, she has never gotten sick there, always appears well cared for, and actually doesn't hesitate to go w/ the staff when we drop her off. Don't be fooled by the cosmetic aspect- it's the care that matters. more

I O U ! 3/13/2008

Dave and his Staff gave a Sheppard named Ahmeen a shot at rescue when all others might not have. In memory of Ahmeen and the many others whose journey from abandoned and abused to living in a loving home I say from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! Kennels are not the best environment for long term housing and it was truly appreciated when I was allowed to visit Ahmeen and another little guy named Maxfield whenever I wanted for as long as I wanted, wherever I wanted. more

I guess if you're... 3/12/2008

desparate and really need to kennel your pet you could try Weber's. I personally wouldn't kennel my pet there, it doesn't look very clean, but the staff do seem to be very friendly and concerned. more

Run down don't bring your dog here 7/22/2005

I would stay away from Webers. It is off of a busy highway and the actual location and kennels are worn down and need better attention. Granted they are just dogs but I even wouldn't trust having my dog stay in such an environment for some given amount of time. All in all your best bet would be to look elsewhere. The price here is reasonable though. That is the only plus. more

  • Weber's Training School provides professional training, grooming, and boarding for your dog. Every dog is treated as an individual. Obedience Training The purpose of obedience training is to teach your dog good manners. This allows you to enjoy your dog to the fullest extent. Grooming We offer a complete grooming service. Our groomers are well-experienced in standard grooming for the family dog, and our rates are quite reasonable. Sorry, no bows or ribbons. Our goal is for every dog to enjoy their visit with us so that you can have a "guilt-free" time away from your dog, knowing that they are being given the best of care. Obedience Training Many owners end up resenting their dog because they haven't considered training. It's no fun to have your dog pull you when walking, jump on you, or ignore you when you call them. All of our training is held outdoors at our facility. The distractions of the world -- other dogs, people, and a few passing cars on Route 1 -- are truly a benefit. It's a realistic test to have your dog pay attention to you with inviting distractions all around them. Teaching you to train your dog: Private one-hour lesson, held all year-round All the basics - heel, sit, stay, come, down - can be covered in three lessons. We also teach how to cure bad behavior like stealing food, jumping up, digging, chewing, and constant barking, for example. $60 each. Group classes: five two-hour classes, held in the spring and fall on Sundays The group is limited to 12 dogs and there are two instructors. The small group allows the trainer to give individual attention to your dog. This program is enjoyable, informative, and one of our most popular. Please register early. In Residence Training This program is ideal for owners with busy schedules, or if you are planning a vacation where you would need to board your dog anyway. Besides our regular boarding exercise periods, your dog has two 30-45 minute training sessions per day. A private lesson is also included to give you a demonstration of what your dog has learned and to teach you the correct methods. We take our time to answer your concerns and give you our recommendations. A two-week minimum for in-residence training is needed. Proper training takes time, and repetition is necessary so that what the dog learns becomes permanent. A training video is available to give you a permanent reference of what your dog has learned and the methods used to achieve this goal. $50 a day -two week duration. Training refreshers available. Call for details. At-Home Training - $80/hr. Certified trainers will come to your home and help you with both obedience and behavioral problems. Our goal is to let you enjoy your dog to the fullest extent
