After doing weeks of internet car research I traveled all the way from Gurnee to do business with Webb Chevy. They had the largest selection of vehicles I was interested in along with the best prices that I was willing to pay. My salesman, Timothy Enzenbacher was very knowledgeable about the products, and kept the whole experience of buy a new car pleasant. Furthermore, when he was busy trying to get me the best financing available I was able to meet the rest of the staff who was also very knowledgeable and pleasant. Finally, after the deal was done, my salesperson took the time to sit in our new vehicle with me and go over all features that he knew were new to me! Showed me the basics on the dashboard and then even helped me get our Bluetooth and OnStar functions activated which was going above and beyond. I'm sure he was tired and ready to go for the day but he stayed to make sure I left happy.
The follow up, availability, and assistance they provided should be recognized as it certainly was by me, which in turn will lead me to refer family and friends to this dealership from my positive experience.
I would highly recommend doing business with Webb. There was no rush or undo sales pressure. They let me drive all the vehicles I was considering. They made the car buying experience pleasant rather than the fiasco you always fear it to be.
