i purchased a new hhr from rizza chevy in 2008. the car has had a persistant problem with the tire sensors which they attempted to fix 4 times ! i went back in 2 weeks ago when the problem surfaced again only to find out the place was under new management. it soon became apparent that the new guys are clueless. i left there and went to the closest chevy dealer, webb chevy in oak lawn. wow ! what a difference. not only did they correct a 2 year old problem on the first try, they found a nail in my tire and fixed it at no cost ! while waiting for the repair, i walked around the showroom. i found everyone to be pleasant and more than helpful. all in all, this was the best experience i have ever had at a dealership. i would never think of going anywhere else.
