Really, I have had two little problems during these years on 15 sites that I manage, but whb has answered to me immediately and resolved the problem under 15 minutes on worst situation, never downtime. Ive been a customer for almost 8 years. Some may say a perfect customer - all I ever hosted there was Gallery. Occasional issues, but very small compared to number of years I used and payed them. Over time my gallery grew and it is about 50GB now. In the beginning of 2011 I received my first notice that I am in violation of their disk usage provision: Disk Usage Provision. 90% or more of your content on your website must be linked from an HTML or similarly coded web page where all content is freely available to the public. Your website consists of web pages of a standard design, essentially HTML based text and graphics. Downloadable files, media, streaming content or any file which consumes more than 500kb of space must not exceed 10% of your total used disk quota. With 300GB of allowed space, and 60GB of used space - I would be allowed to put 6GB worth of media content, filling the rest with 54GB of html text. The first time they agreed that all of my content was linked via html/php and therefor I was not in violation. Second time 3 months later I just sent them a print out of the first ticket - never heard from them. 3rd time - a week ago they disabled my account over New Years holiday. Then ignored my ticket for 2 days until I reached out via chat to get it escalated. I am reasonably confident that 8 years ago they did not have such provision. And I feel like I am dealing with "all you can eat buffet", except you can only have 3 pieces of shrimp and 5 pieces of chicken and there is nothing else on the plates. I left them for someone else who can actually deliver what they sell... I recommend against using this provider. more

I stumbled accross WHB accidentally after months of banging my head against a brick wall on doing something that should have been easy. Previously companies support was either non existent or the level of knowledge assumed to understand the answers would suggest not needing support anyway. WHB have never let me down when I had a tech support question. They don't let go till they have sorted your problem, and they do it quickly, professionally and in a very friendly way. I used to have all my websites on another major hosting service but they mostly seemed interested in taking your money.
