Weather Master installed a new Furnace for me last February so when the A/C went out, I called them back for repair. I purchased a maintenance contract at the time of repair. Dan...

Worst

Beware. They are techically sound, but they charge way too much. I needed a $35 capacitor and they charged me $219! plus they had to charge the $99 service fee just to come out ...

I Trust them 12/15/2010

I had maintenance done by Dan (I think), and he was very good. He was timely and honest. Jose (I think) and Fidel installed our new HVAC and they were very professional as well. I felt comfortable leaving them at my house alone. They were also timely and explained the new system to me. I was very happy with my experience with service from Weathermaster. more

Very capable 12/15/2010

I called for a service issue/problem with cooling. Weather master had been out 2 weeks ago for regular maintenance/service. Jeff is the service tech who responded. As always very knowledgeable, courteous and takes care of the issue. I know I am in capable hands. I have used them for many years and we determined to have them be the one to repair or troubleshoot our future problems. more

Weather Master Knightdale exceeded our expectations. From the first meeting with a quote to prompt response to our questions and explanations to the install which was flawless, this company delivered extraordinary customer service. The crew was about as professional as we have seen. We did a great deal of comparison shopping and the company was well within our acceptable bids. When you are making a majjor home owner investment it is refreshing to know that you made the right decision. more

Extraordinary Client Service coupled with fair pricing 10/3/2010

Weather Master provided us with an install for a heating/air system. From the first meeting to provide an opinion and a quote to the last install and follow up Weather Master exceeded our expectations. Our own company is in the business of teaching customer relationship marketing and this company has it down pat. We are well pleased with the crew. We also found it interesting in checking references client service was the first mention made. And to make things better there bid was the best and most thorough one we received. more

Weather Master has been in business for over 30 years so they must be doing something right. I have never had any problems with them. Most people only write a review when they want to complain about something. more

STAY AWAY FROM WEATHER MASTER .. RUN RUN RUN 10/21/2009

They came and replaced a capacitor on my condenser unit 6 months ago. All of a sudden the unit was shorting out. The technician had rigged some non-standard configuration causing it to short out the system and required another repair to be done. Pros: NONE AT ALL Cons: They do bad work more

Charges way too much for labor they didn't even do ! 7/8/2008

We have a Lennox Gas pack that was put in our new house and Weather Masters put it in. We have had nothing but problems with the unit and Weather Masters. They charged $350.00 for the labor to replace a part that was under warranty. It took the tech 15 minutes to replace it and charged the full $350.00 ! I am now searching for a good HVAC company to come fix my Lennox A/C unit once again. Cons: cost way too much more

Appliances need continuing service 11/7/2005

Upon purchasing our house, weathermaster was contracted by my father to service our air conditioning and heater. We have been living in our house for about 5 years, and every year have needed them to service our heater. During the winter the heater on the bottom floor would not function correctly, and everytime we would have to contact weathermaster. When they service it , it only works temporarily, it would be nice if it would be fixed permanently. The only benefit is they respond promptly to service calls. more
