Worst

Beware. They are techically sound, but they charge way too much. I needed a $35 capacitor and they charged me $219! plus they had to charge the $99 service fee just to come out ...

I think Weather Master did a great job with the sales and install of a gas heat/AC pack unit. I had multiple quotes and Weather Master took it on as a challenge. Great Installation 5/23/2011

So far, the new installation is great and we saved a lot on electricity during last summer(hottest on record) compared to the year before. The options on the thermostat are very helpful for controlling climate, especially humidity, which has been a real pain till this winter. more

The installation went very smoothly on my end. The team was cordial and patient with me. Everything was explained etc. The true test about my satisfaction will be when I have a service problem and what happens then. Since this is brand new equipment I don't expect that to be an issue for several years. more

Weather Master?s did GREAT!!! The installation was perfect. Went off without a hitch. They came when they said they would, installed new systems, and left our home perfectly clean. Very, very friendly installers. I have been called to set up our tune-ups. The admin staff and schedulers are very accommodating and very friendly. We love that we chose Weather Master for our new system. When we first had the salesman come to our home to explain the different models, etc., he was very knowledgeable. He even knew all about the Rebates and taxes. They are our experts. more

Exceeded our Expectations! 4/26/2011

I can not say enough good things about Weather Master. They always exceed our expectations. One Sunday morning our neighbors called and us and said our heating unit was smoking outside. When Hurley arrived he discovered that a snake had crawled into our heat exchange. Poor Hurley had to dig out the charred pieces and do the dirty job of cleaning it. He was so kind. My son had a friend over that day and he let them take a look at it. They really got a kick out of that. He was very patient with them and we appreciate it. Thank you Weather Master for having people on your team that not only do a great job, but are caring as well. more

I always get fast service that is reputable and has a guarantee. Weather Master installed my heating and cooling units and I have maintained them witth them for 3.5 yrs now. I love the customer service and the care. more

Helpful and Friendly 4/18/2011

The team from Weather Master?s is always helpful and friendly. It?s like inviting a friend into the house. I never worry about my systems because I know they are in good hands. If something breaks, I don?t have to worry about it being fixed correctly. They always give me a verbal rundown of what they find in their biyearly inspections. What a great team!!! more

GREAT HVAC MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR SUMMER AND WINTER 4/3/2011

We have been a member of the WeatherMaster maintenance plan for the last 2 years. This is a great service plan. They schedule your seasonal checks according to your schedule and help our system maintain a high level of operations. Impressive! 3/25/2011

We were very pleased with Weather Master's service. When their crew came to install our new HVAC, they ran into problems they didn't expect with our old ductwork. They ended up needing to replace many of our ducts in our garage near our unit, which took much longer than expected. The guys were here until after 8 pm, working by flashlight in the dark and cold driveway to finish the job. We were very impressed that they stayed until the job was done! more

rip off, more intrested in selling me stuff and service contracts, had to keep redirecting service guy to try and fix the problem at hand.He KNEW I had a root problem , no that wasn't it. Did you check the vents ---no we don't do that , that will be 500 dollars please. do not use this service. more

Very Pleased 2/14/2011

On Tuesday of this week we had a new Lennox Heat Pump installed along with new ducting and additional insulation. I was very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of the team. The work was done well and the unit appears to be working very well, it is so quiet I have to look outside to make sure it's there! more

Tom our technician was excellent! Was very nice and helpful. Even saved us money for repairs that we needed 6 months ago. I also love the idea that they added filters to our yearly service contract. One less thing for me to remember to do. This company does a great job! more
