Wayne is rude, disrespectful, and does not listen. He wanted to perform repairs which totaled multiple thousands of dollars, so I took my car to another mechanic. Over half of the repairs Wayne recommended were unnecessary. I ended up saving over $2,500 by not using Wayne. Take your car to a VW or Audi dealer instead. more

I had a great experience. It started when i made the appointment. The girl asked a lot of questions and actually listened to my responses about what was going on with my car. I had taken my car to several shops and none of them really tried to solve my problem. While the problem hasn't been solved in one visit, the owner has made arrangements with me to monitor my issue to see if we can solve the problem. I am agreeable to this since I don't want to spend a ton of money on repairs that i don't need and the folks at Wayne's Service Center Inc. 's are going to help see to that. more

I took my Dodge Ram D350 to your Reisterstown transmission repair shop on 23rd street. That was the BEST customer service I have ever had. The transmission repair specialists were very helpful and the truck runs better then it ever did before. My husband says "It shifts like a Million bucks"; he is very thrilled. We were very pleased with the honesty. They fixed the transmission for $86.00 while another national company stated it needed a $1,250 rebuild. We are glad there are still honest people in the world.
