Late this summer (2012), I brought my 2006 Ford to Wayne's garage to be inspected and have a broken window in the cap replaced. My roommate at the time warned that I should take my truck elsewhere, but the online reviews seemed to be fair, so I gave them a shot. \r

I brought the glass and the gasket to the shop, so all that needed be completed was the install. On the first try, the glass was installed without the gasket (which was claimed to have been thrown away by a mechanic they claimed to have fired just that day). Needing my truck for a cross-country journey a few days later, I asked that they do the job right. On the second try, windshield caulking was instead of a gasket to try and make up for the oversight. Despite the work being a bit sloppy, the window has yet to leak, so my complaints (for the window install) stop here.\r
