I went to get a doc notarized. The agent REFUSED to read the instructions and I left. DON'T USE THIS PLACE unless you want to be insulted.

I just had the most horrible experienc at the Wauconda Currency Exchage in Wauconda. I showed up at 8:00, the time they open, and no one was there. And then the employee showed up a few minutes afte 8 and yelled you will have to wait and promptly went to Dunkin Donuts, which took another 5 minutes. Now it is 10 after 8. So she goes into the shop and says you will have wait outside. That was another minute and a half. Then I left. Not an apology or anything. She was actually angry at me. more

Worst Currency Exchange in Illinois 8/31/2011

Wauconda Currency Exchange took my son's money by charging him an outrageous fee of $70 for Title and Plates on his car. I contacted another stablishment and they told me that it is suppose to be only $25. He has been robbed. \r When I called to get an answer about this fee, they were very rude to me and did not want to give my son his money back before they process this which they could do. \r I warn everyone of the wrong practices of this stablishment and the practices of this people. \r I am also reporting them to the Better Business Bureal more
