I was referred to Watson Moving & Storage and used their service to move from a one-bedroom apartment into a house. They were very good and careful with our stuff. Butch is a really good guy to work with. more

Based on prior experience, I can't tell you how surprised I was to get such great service from Luis and his crew. No detail was overlooked. All furniture was wrapped to avoid damage and the team was very efficent. I am telling my realitor and all my friends about this great service!!! more

When I first called the company and received a quote I was very pleased with the price. It was extremely reasonable and was given to me quickly. I received a confirmation call which was nice. As soon as the movers got here, they were ready to work. They did not stop to rest at all. They were amazing!!! I was so impressed with their professionalism and their work ethic. I have used several different moving companies in Houston and I have never been so pleased before. I received two phone calls during the move to check on the movers. The moving company moved me the day before the Thanksgiving holiday but they were so professional. There was no trying to get done early and leave. They packed and wrapped all of my belongings and I had no breakage when I arrived at my new location. They were so friendly and made sure that I was happy with all that they were doing. I even had my two year old granddaughter there in the way but there was never any complaining. I would definitely use and reccommend Watson for any moves in the future to anyone I know. more

Watson Moving & Storage moved us from one house to another and did a fantastic job. They were very careful, wrapped everything well, and made sure that nothing was damaged. Everything went smoothly, as we expected, because they were so careful about protecting the house as well as the furniture. I have moved 4 times in the last 3 years and have tried all the other main stream movers in Houston and everytime I was let down. My luck in the past with companies is that they don't put the customer first, movers who make me feel guilty that they have to move my stuff, damaged furniture, you name it. When I contacted Watson I was contacted by a single person who helped me in the best way possible to answer questions and work with me on my quote. Unlike other companies who spam your email or call you like a telemarketer. The move was set up easily and the guys even arrived early. They where a very polite and professional. They had a great system and took extra care of my property. Even boxing or wrapping things that I didn't secure enough they also put boxes down on my wood floor so it wouldn't be damaged or get dirty. They had me moved and into my new place in 4 hours. Not one chip, scratch, dent, or rub on a wall. In my book that is amazing and shows the care they put into their jobs. I have to admit my move was not optimal but Joe Alvarado, Watson's quality assurance specialist, contacted me after the move to discuss what went wrong and what went right. He talked to me about new processes put in place to prevent future mistakes and refunded a portion of my move to show Watson's appreciation and gratitude. I have to say, customer service like this is just not found these days. Watson really cares that your move goes smoothly and without a hitch and if its not right they make it right. I called Watson Moving to help me move out of my apartment and they were nothing but accomodating and friendly from start to finish. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and the Watson team was very quick to answer and made sure that I was comfortable with the process. The team of movers they sent over the day I moved was fantastic! They came in, took charge, dismantled, wrapped, boxed and moved everything like nobody's business. My boyfriend was also very impressed that they took such great care at our new house (for which he was also the general contractor) - they didn't scratch the walls or chip any corners or anything that happens so often during a move. They even put down cardboard to make sure they didn't mess up the tile entryway. We would both be happy to recommend Watson to anyone that needs to move!!
